Early Learning
One of the things I love about homeschooling is that the younger children learn so much from the older children. We start them out early here in our home.

Ashlie's drawings
Usually with children the parent provides the enriching activities for them each day. However, Ashlie took it upon herself to make sure that I had some activities to do lately.
Then she said with an excited look on her face "I wonder if there's any more...". She suggested that I might look upstairs. On my way up I found another Lost Centaur in the hall and another in my room. Ashlie made sure to tell me "good job, you found all three" when I had found them.
She drew a lot of dot to dots for me to do. Here is an example of a rearing pegasus unicorn. After I did the dot to dot she colored some more on the paper to make it a whole scene. She made sure to encourage me while I did the dot to dot and on the mane and tail parts made sure I knew to go "up and down in a zig zag".
